Funnels — cohort one

Normalise waking up to sales.

Build the funnel that sells without you.

21 October – 25 November 2026 · Live with Rebecca Adehill

The problem

Your offer sells. You just have to be there every time it does.

Every sale runs through your hands. A DM you answered at 9pm. A call you moved your kid’s pickup for. A follow-up you remembered to send, or didn’t.

The revenue is real. But it isn’t a business yet. It’s you, repeated.

So the ceiling was never demand. It’s your calendar. Your energy. Whether you’re well this week.

And the thing you keep telling yourself is that you’ll build the funnel when it quiets down.

It doesn’t quiet down. You’re the thing holding it up.

The shift

A funnel isn’t a ladder of cheap products. It’s the path from seeing you to choosing you.

Most people hear “funnel” and picture one of two things. Their $15k offer sitting on a checkout page, or a $27 ebook nobody wanted. Then they decide funnels aren’t for them, and they go back to the DMs.

But a funnel was never about the price of the first step. It isn’t there to replace your sales conversation. It’s there to replace the hunting. The pitching. The being-visible-or-being-broke.

It’s the path someone walks from first noticing you to deciding you’re the one. For some businesses the front door is a free quiz. For some it’s a masterclass. For some it’s a small paid offer. The right one depends on how you’re built.

By the time they get to you, they’re not being sold to. They’ve already decided.

Six weeks from now

What you walk out with on 25 November.

Your front door, built.

The funnel behind it — pages, checkout, confirmation, emails — built.

The automation running it, so it doesn’t need you at 9pm.

And a clear path from someone’s first step to the offer you actually want to sell.

Not a plan for a funnel.
A funnel.

You’ll have built the thing. What it earns from there comes down to your offer, your market, and the work you keep putting in.

How it runs

Four things. Six weeks.

There are only four things running underneath a business that looks effortless. I teach them live — and twice across the six weeks you build on the call, with me watching. Those two weeks are why people finish this and don’t finish courses.

Week one

The ecosystem

The front door that fits how you’re built — free or paid — and the path from it to what you already sell. What it is, where it leads, and why it suits you. Get this wrong and nothing downstream works.

Week two

The architecture

Landing page, sales page, checkout, confirmation, and the emails that follow. What each piece does and what goes in it.

Week three

Build week

You build, on the call, with me watching. Front door written, pages up, checkout tested. This is the week that decides whether you finish.

Week four

The lead machine

How it gets seen. Content that finds the right people, convinces them, and sends them to the page — without spending a dollar on ads.

Week five

The numbers

Reading your own data. Finding the leak. Fixing it. And the path from someone’s first step to your biggest offer.

Week six

Build week

The second build week. Loose ends closed, the automation switched on, the whole thing running end to end before we finish.

The revenue isn’t the best part. The best part is that my funnels hold me when life is lifeing.

A sick kid. Sleep deprivation. A week where I have nothing left. The money still comes in, because it stopped needing me to be okay.

Receipts

I knew my life had changed when my payouts started looking like this.

Not one launch. Not one big month. Daily — because the funnel doesn’t take a day off when I do.

Payout notifications Payout notifications

These are my own Kajabi and Stripe payouts, screenshotted as they came through. They’re here as evidence that the system works, not as a promise of what you’ll make. What you build is yours to build.

Their receipts

And it doesn’t stop with me.

Same system, different businesses. Sent to me by the people who plugged it into theirs — their words, not mine.

Client messages Client messages

Real messages from clients I’ve worked with. Every business is different and results depend on the offer, the audience and the work that goes in — these are what some of my clients have achieved, not what you should expect.

What’s included

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

Six live calls with me

Four teaching, two building. Not pre-recorded, not a portal you log into alone.

Your Fame Archetype

In week one you find out how you’re built to be seen and sell — so the funnel you build fits you, not someone else’s template.

A private broadcast channel

Prompts, nudges and what’s happening behind the scenes from me, between the calls.

Every recording, kept

Yours for as long as you need them.

Why me

I’ve done this three thousand times.

Over ten years, more than three thousand clients, and north of a hundred million dollars in results for the people I’ve worked with.

I still work on my own funnels every week. Reading the numbers, finding the leak, fixing it. I’m not teaching you something I built once and walked away from.

Earlier this year I noticed a pattern in the funnels I kept auditing. That same day I built the landing page, the sales page, the checkouts, the intake form and the design. Sold out in twenty-four hours.

That’s the speed I’m handing you. The cost was never the investment. It was the delay.

Fit

Who this is for.

This is you

  • You’re great at what you do, and people have already paid you for it. You’re not guessing whether the offer works.
  • You rely a lot on manual sales. The DMs, the calls, the follow-ups — all of it runs through you.
  • You’ve got an audience that trusts you, even a small one.
  • You’re ready for more people to see you and buy from you, without you having to be everywhere at once.
  • What’s capping you isn’t demand. It’s that nothing moves unless your hands are on it.

This isn’t

  • You have no interest in doing the work or putting the reps in, and you give up when you haven’t made a million dollars in two business days.
  • You want someone to build it for you. I’ll teach you and I’ll watch you do it. I won’t do it.
  • You want to be talked into it. This one you have to want.

The investment

I want to see you win.

The last time I ran a program like this, it was $4,500. This round, I’m covering $3,500 of it for you.

Questions

Before you decide.

Does a funnel need something cheap at the front?
Not always. Some businesses sell best with a small paid entry offer. Others with a free quiz, a masterclass or a podcast. Week one is working out which front door fits you — then we build it.
I’ve bought a funnel course before and never finished it.
That was a course. This is six weeks live, and two of those weeks are you building on the call while I watch. That’s the difference, and it’s the only reason people finish.
I don’t have time to build a funnel.
You build it on the calls, with me. That’s what the build weeks are for. You’re not left to find the time on your own.
I’m not technical.
You don’t need to be. You build on the call, step by step, in the tools you already use. You’re never alone with a blank screen.
What if I can’t make a call live?
Every call is recorded and yours to keep. Come live if you can — the build weeks are worth showing up for.
What happens after 25 November?
The funnel keeps running. That’s the whole point. And if you want to keep going, we’ll talk about that in week six.

Normalise waking
up to sales.

Cohort One is six weeks. What you build in it is still selling in five years.
